First I'm surprised to hear you've had "horrid" customer support from the folks at KelTec...

Whether you like KelTec's pistols or not (I do, I have the P32 &P11) KelTec has an absolute excellent reputation for customer service and warranty repair. Some folks simply will not be "made happy", I'm not saying you are one of those folks, but if you read the firearm forums you'll be hard pressed to have folks critical of KT Customer Service/Warranty Repairs.

If you didn't like KT CS you would HATE Berettas..

I recommend the Seecamp too, or the NAA Guardian. My experience with NAA Customer Service/Warranty Repair has in the past been excellent.

Another Beretta Fan

I looked at Kel-tec, Bursa and Kahr. I didn't like any of them for one reason or another whether it be price, size, quality...you get my point. Then I came accross the Beretta tomcat. I almost discounted it out of hand for the simple reason that it was a .32 caliber and wondered if it had enough punch. It was pointed out to me that people in Europe have been using that caliber for self defense forever and only in this country is it considered 'sub optimal'. Long story short, I bought it. It fits my hand like it was custom made. It's light, very accurate at 30 feet or closer and disappears in the back pocket of my jeans. Recoil is very managable using 60gr Hydroshck JHP.
I was getting some range time in and a falla kinda laughed when he saw the tomcat and said, "If I'm wearing a coat in winter, you better be able to shoot me in the eye with that thing". I just smiled and said "OK".

no matter what you ask someone will always suggest a glock. You gotta have some really big pockets to pocket carry a 26. I just got a kahr for pocket carry and I'm very happy with it so far.
