I would have to vote for the Kahr PM40. 17 oz. with magazine, 5+1 of 40 S&W. Fits in my pocket easily, draws effortlessly, and disappears completely into my jeans or workpants. For warm weather, it won't pull your shorts down :uhoh:

I still say this issue can be resolved in the sub-100 dollar category by buying a decent IWB holster. I carry the exact same gun in the exact same state with the exact same weather. Theres simply no need to buy another gun.

Pocket guns depends on a few things. My current fave are j frames. Small, potent, versatile...even through the pocket it is carried in.

i would suggest the bersa. it's a bit larger than others suggested, but you can aim it faster. whats the point in having a carry pistol if you can't aim it before you get shot?

If we could carry in this state..... I've got a Colt Mustang 380 that would be perfect....

...How much does a Seecamp cost? If cost is no problem, trash the Seecamp and get a Rohrbaugh, the smallest 9x19mm available.

Well heck Man,..if cost IS no problem, get a S/S Semmerling LM4, identical in size to the Rohbaugh 9mm, ...but in 45acp! :)

Otherwise, stick to the Seecamp.

I just happen to be a "Function over Form" kinda guy. To me a gun is a tool. I don't buy a tool based on how it looks. I buy it based first on how well it will do the job and second on how long it will last with as little cost in time and money to maintain it as possible. If it looks good too, that's great! But I won't pay any extra money for the looks.
I happen to agree. After all, I bought a G26 and a H&K USP45C, both of which are butt-ugly but perform flawlessly. The KelTec P-32 sits in my pocket almost continuously, including when I am carrying something else. It is simply pocket carry personified.

If I had to have beauty in every gun, I'd have nothing but 1911s.:D

If you can find one the .32 is around $450, the .380 version is around $800. Worth every penny too.

Worth every penny to YOU maybe. I'd stick with the $260 Kel Tec P3AT. It functions just as good or maybe better for a whole lot less cash. Since sitting around staring at it and admiring it doesn't really count in my judgment of the worth of a business gun, I prefer to save the coin for powder and ball to practice. If' I was going to spend $800 bucks on a pocket pistol, I'd get the Rohrbaugh and forget the .380. It's only a hundred or so more. Is your life worth a hundred bucks? (said sarcastically because that's always the argument for spending excessively on a firearm:D ). Or, if you're "los", get the Semmerling. Me, I'd get what I have, a Kel Tec P11 that fires +P 9mm and holds up to 13 rounds with a flush fit magazine, but to each his own. :D I've not heard many ill words of the Seecamp other than availability and cost, which is a factor for a lot of us after all.

The smallest 9mm on the market:

I carry this in my pocket daily. Great gun, mine needed a break-in period thou. Due to the relative high caliber for this size, kicks a bit and is tricky to take down. It is also recommended to clean it often.

Sounds too needy. If 'tricky' is in the gun description I stay far away from it. I'm still adamant that polak just buy a C-TAC and be done with it. It's starting to cool off up here in the panhandle so I can start wearing some heavier shirts, but even in July I can sport the most modest casual hot weather clothing and still totally conceal my P2k in that IWB C-TAC.

How about an update polak, what have you decided on?

Seecamp / P32

The two guns are so dissimilar to me. The Seecamp is such a refined, well-made gun--its more like a work of art. I'd be afraid I'd scratch it with some loose change in my pocket! The Kel-Tec on the other hand is a great tool. I carry the P-32 every day. Every few days, I blow the pocket lint off and don't give it a second thought.

KTs aren't the prettiest guns in the world, but they do what they were designed to do--disappear in your pocket (or IWB holster in the case of the P-11).

Well lets see I bought 3 KelTecs($229 each) for less than 1 Seecamp 380 and didn't need to wait a year +. Yes Seecamps are nice but it just fires a 380 same as Keltecs. and really no more accurate.
Last I read on NAA board NAA and Khar are no longer working together as far as frames ect. The problem with a NAA is terrible trigger and weights more than a S&W LW J frame. Its also a blow back like the Seecamp its a copy of and both have more recoil than the KelTec.
Also as for the Colt snub will somebody tell me when they made a 5 shot as was posted here. I always belived they were only 6 shots.

I carried a PPK/S for a long time in my pocket I love the PPK/S but for pocket carry the Kel Tec wins hands down. Even if it is ugly If you wear it out they will give you a new one lifetime warrenty.Larry has a year But he will repair any of his guns. Seecamps for Bar-BQ's KelTec for Pocket every day.

P3AT it is... :uhoh:
