In my case with the Superfly I think it's more the fabric and weight of my pants than the holster. Or the fact that my wife can spot a concealed weapon ten miles away and she's always the one to tell me I'm printing...

I use a Nemesis for my G27, but it kinda rattles around in my pants pocket. I've resorted to putting a pocket within my pocket to hold the Nemesis in place.

I like this combination. The gun stays in place, always presents the same, and doesn't print as much. Also, I can keep my keys and knife in the regular pocket without having them interfere with the G27.

When I know I'm going to have to visit "no firearms" areas (Post Office, restaurant with liquor license, posted locations, etc.) I carry a S&W Model 36 in a Desantis Nemesis pocket holster. Before I leave for my CPZ destination, I put holster and all in the glove compartment. When I arrive, I lock the glove compartment. That way, nobody sees me leave a gun unattended. When I return to my vehicle, I take the gun and holster out of the glove compartment and put them back in my pocket. Ohio's an open carry state, so it doesn't matter who sees me handling the gun. I don't care if they know I HAVE a gun, just so long as they don't know there's a gun there without me.

Another vote for Mika here for all of the reasons stated. They also work as an temporary appendix carry holster for my J-frame as well as for a boot holster w/cowboy type boots.

Two

DeSantis Nemesis for Kahr PM9 and same for a Seecamp LWS .380.

J Frames ride in a Mika Roundcut. A J Frame ie. 442/642/340 etc will fit just fine in the same DeSantis designed for the PM9.

I would never, ever, carry in pocket without a holster. Criteria: its gotta stay put, and its gotta cover the trigger guard. Ironically I found a $6 Ace case pocket holster that does both those things just fine, though may some feel its a bit thick.

Three important advantages of the Mika pocket holster (and some others) are:

They don't print...they don't come out with the draw...and they stay open for an easy re-holster.
