Poor man's sandbag/rifle holder?

I use a rest made out of an old roled up carpet strip that has duct tape circled around the ends. Hows that for cheap?

Staples has some pencil bags that are about 10" x 6" and are shut with a zipper. They're only a dollar or two. Fill them with rice and you're good to go.

Couple of old blankets. One to cover the concrete bench with and the other rolled up for sandbag.

I made my own sandbags with sand from my kids' sandbox. Problem was, the neighborhood cats seem to frequent the area, and on a hot day those sandbags didn't last long. I have since moved on to flax seed in a flannel bag.
