Post your Firearms Purchase list (for the next year)

I have pretty much everything I want. The only thing I need is a sub-gun or pistol caliber carbine. I'm eye'ing up a Storm. Ugly, but I loved it.


After that? I'll buy something that amuses me. Two pistol AK's, with drum mags and lasers. For CCW, of course.

Maybe a FAL.

Then I'll start saving up for NFA toys.

I rarely make lists - and I even more rarely post those lists on the internet.

1) Kel-Tec SU-16B (Check! Two more days until the waiting period's done!)
2) Non-Yugo 59/66 SKS. Possibly a Russian, Yugo M56, Norinco, or other. The 59/66 is nice, but long and heavy. I want something a bit smaller and lighter.
3) All sorts of C&R stuff, as I just got my license today. There goes all my extra money this year.
4) CMP Garand. I don't have the money right now, but will soon. Whee.

already ordered a garand and an '03 this summer..

I'd really like to get a tokarev TT33 or a makarov this summer to to complete me and my friend's russian style collection (mosin, SKS, AKM )

and if I get anything else... maybe a yugo mauser.

What is that I hear calling?

Lord knows I'm a life-long list maker; however, I must also agree with the sage who wrote he would acquire whatever calls to him.

For example, on Saturday, at a club swap meet, a misguided man reducing his collection (can that really be done?) had am immaculate sporterized Brno CZ24 in 7 mm Mauser with custom glass-bedded barrel, trigger job and Lyman sights for a ridiculous price. It was just screaming "Ithacaman! Ithacaman!"

One cannot ignore the calling of fine firearms nor the making of lists. And of course I have one: a short one at the moment:

1. Pre-WWII Savage 99 in 300 Savage.
2. Ruger No. 1 in 25-06.
3. Uberti six shooter.

That's about all I can think of right now, in reality, the Marlin .30-30, the Henry .22lr and the SW Model 13 3" are the most realistic.
