Did you place the order online or by phone?

I have placed many orders with them online and they have never missed a heart-beat.
I have even placed an order online and called them back 15 mins later to add another item into the order and they took care of that.

Their website UI can be improved but other than that, I'd say their service level is impeccable and is maintained at a high level.

arthury, I placed the order online, maybe because they were having computer probs I got lost in the shuffle, I talked to a gal and as soon as the powder gets in they will send my order.
I have ordered from them many times before, no probs.

I ordered a keg of Herco and a case of primers from PV and I would have had them in my possession one week later but I was unable to sign for the shipment until my Friday off which was yesterday. I don't think I've ever received a shipping notification from PV but they've batted a thousand so far WRT the goods.
