I've owned both a Model 60 and 2 10/22's. Model 60 was exceptionally accurate, but started having jamming problems and light primer strikes. It's still sitting in my parent's garage. It was the first gun I ever bought with my own money as a kid, so one of these days I need to fix it up and get it running again. Being a dumb kid it never occurred to me that I could replace some parts and fix it.
The first 10/22 I bought was also very accurate, probably just as good as the Marlin. Unfortunately it was stolen from me so I bought another one to replace it, which was lucky to hold 3-4" at 100 yards. I never shot it much because of that, so this winter I stuck a Green Mountain barrel on it and sanded out the factory stock to fit the bull barrel. Action is bedded also. I've only shot it at 25 yards so far, but it keeps them all in a very small hole. Now this rifle is having light primer strikes, so I need to get around to fixing it too.
