Problem with Buds Guns

But nothing was done before the rifle was to hit the FFL dealer and I finally got hold of a supervisor who used the fact I used my wife's Buds guns account to have the gun shipped to my FFL dealer to shut down our account and have the rifle shipped back to the shipper or rerouted. He acted like it was a straw purchase. The gun was for me and I ordered it, it was that I used her account to get it sent to the FFL.

Now WHERE do you say it was a price match discrepancy? You didn't. Your post, your words.

I have seen no sold legal interpretation nor have I seen anyone claiming to be an attorney and for that matter an attorney who is acquainted with this type of law. I have an example. I sent in a form 1 SBR to convert my AR to a 10.5 inch. PSA had a great sale on the complete upper. Could not pass it up by my stamp was still about two months or so out. I called ATF was transferred to a legal tech. I asked can I buy the upper now if I don't attach it until I have the stamp. I was told by ATF that as long as the lower and the upper were kept in two different areas so as not to be next to each other while waiting for the stamp it was fine. When I posted this many came out and said it was a ruse, it was ATF setting me up, it was a lie, I had to send the upper to the moon until the stamp came in. More people scared of their shadow.

You've refused to accept what others have told you how Bud's would consider this a straw purchase and how many others would as well. You used your wife's account to buy a gun for yourself. That is not permitted under the letter of the law even if your intent wasn't to circumvent the law. You may not like what you've been repeatedly told, but that doesn't change the fact that the others telling you that Bud's opinion that this did not meet the requirements for selling you the gun are correct are giving you solid advice.

As you refuse to accept it and the positions aren't going to change there's little reason to keep this thread open.
