Looks nice. Let us know it shoots - both your thoughts on the rifle & the scope please.

How much did it run you if you don't mind? I have been very impressed with the products that PSA has been putting out. For the prices I have seen, I don't think you can find a better mil-spec manufacturer in terms of bang for the buck. Nice choice!

Very nice, another ar is on my short list and I think PSA might be the way to go

Thanks guys. I built this as a Christmas present from my wife....she's the best and only one I've had so far.

PSA CHF CL M4A1 MOE rifle kit....589.00
CmmG stripped lower....90.00
Burris Pepr QD mount....65.00 (SWFA has a 110% price match guarantee....Price matched Botach)
Vortex Viper PST 1-4....450.00 (Scott at Liberty Optics gives THR members 10% discount)

Took It to the range for the 1st time yesterday and fired Wolf WPA 62gr HP ammo. Unfortunately out of three mags I had ten FTF all had light primer strikes. Frustrated I took it home inspected the lower and realized I had installed the hammer spring backwards...which will allow it to fire but will make it inconsistent. Just a heads up this was my first Ar and build ever. Took it back out to the range today and was able to fire 3 mags also and each round went boom...needless to say...It restored my faith in this gun.

Alot of people say Wolf is doodoo but after I corrected the spring problem I had no malfunctions at all.

To the scope now....1st shot was 1" high and straight down center at 50 yds...I was rather impressed with it just being mounted in the Pepr mount and on the upper. I was using 8" diameter paper targets with the 2" birchwood casey shoot n' see stick on targets to make it easier on my eyes and was able to put 90% of my shots within those 2" with the occasional flyer. The scope glass is very clear but the illumination could be better other than that it performed as I expected for what I paid and would highly recommend it to anybody looking into this similar set up.

Overall I am pleased with the quality rifle PSA has put out and other than my own mistakes everything is functioning 100%. I will be taking it out next week and will report if things are staying consistent. Sorry I'm new to AR's so this is a beginner review but they will get better in time.

If i missed something let me know:)
