I have the hard chome model in .40 S&W. Thanks to THR, I found one barely used through a member here. He wasn't even selling it persay. He mentioned owning it in a thread, and I asked him if he'd consider selling it. Much to my delight, he said yes. And not only that, for a price that couldn't be beat.

I was going to post a thread about my mods and case I made for mine probably tomorrow. I'll edit this post when i do.

Hmm.. What's it's purpose though ? Uh... Hmm.. well.. it folds and thats pretty neat .. Its fun ! That's enough of a purpose for me.

well, your'e gonna pick up proly about 6 to 900 fps speed, in a sub2000, over your 5 inch bbl glock. plus if you do it right, you can put on a light, laser, dot site, and just about anything else you need, all at one time, on the sub. i did it, and it was fun, but they do run very dirty, and if you are a lefty, go with a beretta, to keep the ejection port right out of your face, like the keltec does for lefties. also with that tube stell buttstock, it is hard to use the stock sites, you really need to get something up there higher.

Kel Tec Sub2k, .40 S&W, G22 mags

What's not to love?;)

A .40 cal folding carbine that uses the same mags as a duty G22.

Mine shoots great, never has a FTF/FTE, and with training is accurate.

I believe the Sub2k (.40) gains in MV and ME increase to something like 1600fps and 600 ft-lbs.....probably better, with a 16" barrel.

Mine is both a daily "trunk gun" as well as a backpack/hiking/camping outdoors gun.

Great for some to use as a HD gun, but usually I have an 870 police pump do that for me.
