So, our great State has determined that we cannot legally carry into a restaurant that serves alcohol ( :banghead: ). Our great State has also determined that alcohol, in most counties, cannot be served on Sundays.

So, does this mean that we can carry in restaurants on Sundays, that are located in counties where Sunday alcohol sales are not allowed?

Hmmmm....

I don't know, but I've heard that the law about carrying in such places might be either already changed, or getting changed.

The prohibition applies to establishments licensed for on premises consumption of alcohol. No distinction is made for whether or not alcohol is actually being served on a particular day. If they have an on premise license, you can't carry.
