This is in resonse to stories about the TX school district allowing licensed teachers and staff to carry weapons on campus (since the local sherriff is 30 minutes away).

I know an assistant principal. I dont want to be within a mile of him if he had a gun in his possession, furthermore he is about as muleheaded as can be and would not be trainable even in the Four Rules.

Yeah then the extra pay for adding more requirements to the job.........I dont think any teachers union in the whole US will let any one make a mandatory carry law.

I was "escorted" out very angrily by the new vice principal at my old high school a few years back, when I went to visit my old Home Ec teacher.

If he had a gun, I think he would have shot me.
