Rambo Sly Stallone is for AWB

He is a hypocrite, pedaling violence in all his films, especially the latest, "Bullet to the Head". No wonder things are screwed up.

As I've said before regarding calling actors hypocrites for not being RKBA advocates:
"That's why I stopped watching Anthony Hopkins movies. How can he make all that money by portraying a cannibal then turn around and not eat people? It's almost as though the Hollywood types are paid to portray someone they aren't in real life."

It's his prerogative to have his opinion about the RKBA..and my prerogative not to go to his movies because of it.

Really caring what Stallone thinks about weapons is not real high on my list of thing I give a crap about!!

I think I agree with lab hound on this one, I dont care what Stallone does or does not do...

Many of these Action "Heroes" are anti gun. They make millions off the public shooting it up on screen and want to take our rights away!:fire:

a lot of people pay to see him pretend to be somebody he is not. i doubt many people would pay to hear him speak politically.

Actors play roles for money.

I guarantee you that Sly didn't accept the role of Rambo because he liked guns, he did it because the pay was good and it was work.

Actors play serial killers, doesn't mean they like to kill people in real life. Actors play doctors, doesn't mean they have a medical degree. Actors play pilots, doesn't mean they can really fly a plane. I could go on and on.

My point is who cares whether an actor is pro or anti gun, their opinions mean nothing to me and just because I may not agree with their political views does not stop me from wanting to watch movies.

Actors are people just like the rest of us and as such are entitled to their personal opinions on issues. The mistake they make is in thinking their opinions are more valuable than those of the rest of us.

My opinion? To Hollywood and all the rest of the Court Jesters out there...Shut up and just do your craft...Dance, twirl, and make me laugh (clap clap!!)

Hypocrite? Actors pretend to be people they're not for a living. They adopt a character from a script and fulfil that role. See post #4

Actually I don't think he is necessarily anti gun as he is misinformed just as Zumbo was about assault weapons. He mentioned who uses these weapons to go hunting. If you read the article he actually goes on to say its not so much about the guns but a mental health issue. I think he just needs someone to explain to him about these rifles and how they are not really assault weapons.

I stopped listening to Hollywood actors for positions on politics and religion a long time ago. Had I not done this then I would have missed out on some fine tv and film entertainment.

I blame Stallone's movies for Feinstein's pistol grip "spray from the hip" nonsense. LOL

That is really a shame that Rambo wants an AWB. It is so depressing when I discover people I used to admire want us to be disarmed. I was a big fan of Stallone and Stephen King when I was a kid.
