RCBS Customer Service Part 2

Many of you chimmed in when I wrote about the problems with RCBS loosing my ChargeMaster 1500. the bad news is it's still lost (going on a month)

The good news is UPS showed up today with a brand new unit.

Thanky You RCBS and a BIG THANKS to Bill in their customer service dept. He is not afraind to take the bull by the horns and get the job done.


moral of the story is if you have to ship anything to them DO NOT USE the Post Office. Go with either UPS of Federal Express.

The only shipping problems I've ever had was with the USPS. I once ship a certified check over-night with them and it took 10 days to get there.
