RCBS - Impressed

In a time when corporations are making every excuse to cut back or deny guarantees, RCBS is still good on their word. I have been handloading for about 30 years now. It started with a lee loader putting together 30-30's with my Grandad in the 80's. Over time he and I have collected quite a few tools for our "hobby", in green, orange and red boxes. Last month I started having trouble with our RCBS beam scale that he left for me when he passed on last year. It was old enough that it had the Ohaus name on it. I sent it in to RCBS to be looked at and they said they couldn't fix it. I asked them to send it back to me because it is kind of an heirloom. I got it back today along with a brand new 10-10 scale to replace it. WOW! That's what I call a lifetime guarantee.

Yep, it doesn't seem like ATK owning (maybe only partially?) them has effected how they do business.

Even though you seem surprised you will be hard pressed to find anyone on this forum who would be surprised. They are a quality company and hopefully they will stay that way...
