Saw these in the basspro ad that came yesterday. A touch over a hundred bucks if I recall correctly. Seems high, but quality may be the big thing being purchased. Definately interesting.
Sounds interesting. You mentioned low power, what kind of velocity does it produce? Is it pellets or BB? Also, does the slide cycle or no? I know some have the slide action just to offer a little more realism.
Lot of reviews of various versions of this pistol. A lot of companies have KWC put their name on a version and sell it. They've been out for about 4 or 5 years. All the various models have produced 10 shot chrono results of about 310 fps. The velocity drops quickly from 320 ish fps down to the 290's, where it holds till near the end of the useful life of the CO2. Pyramid Air and Replica Airgun do quality (adult level) reviews with both companies almost always doing a 10 shot Chronograph test and an accuracy test usually at about 30 feet. Steel BB (.177) and Airsoft (.24) are both covered. The airsoft, being about 40% lighter pellet weight are usually starting out at 350 fps. BB's weigh about 5 grains, Airsoft/6mm plastic 'balls' are in grams commonly .12, .20, .25 some heavier weights exist. Be aware Airsoft velocities are often cited/tested with .12 gram (1.8 grain) balls so test faster. For decent accuracy the .20/.25 gram ( 3 to 3.8 grain) balls are really needed, not the lightweight .12 gram.
