I have looked at the chart and it makes no sense as it puts the date of mfg before the gun was made.
A friend passed this one onto me before he died, trying to find out its value.
The relevant dates code seems to be r B 27. Also any value ideas, its in excellent shape. Possibly get a scope for it so my wife could shoot it.
Along with that gun, I was also given his deeply treasured
Mossburg and Sons, Targo 250T 22 smoother bore with a silencer threading (no silencer which he lost much to his ever lasting regret) on the side it has 544
