I'm looking for a range near where I live. I've got rifles I haven't even shot and the only places I can find on the web are skeet ranges and pistol ranges. My uncle told me of an unsupervised range awhile back but I don't remember where it was and I can't get in touch with him right now. I would ask around here, but we just lost our only gunshop in town (not for the first time, I think).

Check the Missouri Department of Conservation website or give them a call. They have several public ranges around the state. There is one down near Clinton on Hwy 18 and Lake City has one up in Independence. Those are the only two that jump out of my head at the moment in your area.

There is one at Parkville (called Parma Woods) I know it is a drive from Harrisonville but it is a drive that takes you close to Cabella's
