That article pretty much sums up what I already knew... They are pretty good air rifles at a fraction of a price of the European guns.

Last sentence, first paragraph:

The workmanship, though good, cannot compare to the British and German rifles.

Second sentence, last paragraph:

The TS-45 makes for an excellent entry level ADULT air rifle,

I'll stick with my Beeman R-1, and R-7 , sorta above "entry level".

Wait...were we talking about .22s, or about our preference in air rifles?

my guess is that many an American suburban home has a .22 rifle stored in the gear 'essentials', I have 4 of them - and 2 .22 handguns a revolver and Ruger slabside

Well I thought I'd enclude an air rifle with my .22's.

But my first pick would be a .22 rifle, more than likely a bolt action as they have fewer problems.

I'd put a 10/22 second behind a mid-power rifle, like a 30-30 or more likely an SKS.
