I've mentioned about these 2 accessories before that are intended to seal loaded spare cylinders from moisture and for safety. But they weren't being offered for sale anymore on the RMC Sports website where they used to be listed.
But now I have found them for sale again on the Rydon Corporation website which is the parent company of RMC Sports and Ox Yoke products.

RMC Revolver Cylinder Cap & Seal

Combo package of the RMC Safety Seal and the RMC Revolver Cylinder Cap. Cylinder Cap can easily be placed over the chamber end of cylinder in addition to the Safety Seal applied to the nipples. Provides complete protection of the internal revolver chambers, either when preloaded, or when storing after cleaning. Great for shooters who have additional cylinders for their revolvers.

Revolver Cylinder Safety Seal

Revolver Safety Seal can easily be placed over the revolver cylinder nipples to prevent moisture from getting into the powder of preloaded cylinders. Also will safely protect from accidental ignition.
Safety Seals can be placed on cylinder while in the gun by simply cutting the ring open as shown and placing seals on nipples while rotating the cylinder.

2 seals per package

WARNING: DO NOT USE OVER CAPS, NOT FOR PREVENTING ACCIDENTAL FIRING OF CAPPED NIPPLES!!!!

Put them separately into small zip lock bags. squeeze out as much air as possible, then seal , problem solved.

I bought a set of those from e-bay. Seem like they work well at sealing cylinder. Plan on using them when carrying a loaded spare cylinder which I do very infrequently.
