I think I read that his drug conviction was reversed, although I don't know the specific details...another case of"the best justice money can buy?" is not a compliment for our legal system; tempest notwithstanding.

What makes me angry is a sorry pile of feces like Crosby, who's abused his body his entire life and deserved to die of liver failure gets a transplant in 18 days, while good men, like Walter Payton, who never touched a drug or alcohol in his life, and refused to let his celebrity status move him up the transplant list, die.
 
I don't fault the man for wanting to carry, but I do believe that if he smoked a bit less weed, he might remember where he left his luggage.
Pehaps, in the future he'll be more carefull.
