I've bought a Rossi 92 in 357 about 5 years ago and use only use it at the range. It was rough out of the box. Their QA/QC process is weak. The metal to wood fit is not very good. They use these cheap screws that get buggered very easily. I had to smooth the action down based on recommendations from Steve's Gunz ("Kiowa Nate") video and some of his parts. When it works, it shoots OK, kind of finicky on certain brands of ammo. It is fun to shoot for sure.
Been through two ejector bushings so far and it took their Customer Service Dept. 6 weeks to ship out a replacement! The latest part to break was the ejector itself. Rossi won't sell that part. They make you send the whole gun back! Fortunately, I found a spare online but spent hours filing it down to make it fit right.
It's good that there are some who like their Rossi's. Either I got a lemon or your guys are lucky. For me, I'm done with them and would never buy a Rossi/Braztech product again!
