Of course the inevitable question is ..."What took them so long?"
Ramline came out with a QD barrel system back in the 1980s that actually worked really well. When Ramline kind of died after the AWB (hi-cap mag ban) they didn't bring it back.
Now Ruger comes up with another zinger that they will sell tons of if they can keep up with production on there other guns. They recently put out a notice that they aren't taking any new orders until production catches up with demand.
And yeah, I want one!
Typically 75% of MSRP, which I believe is $389. So probably around $290-$300.What is the out the door price?

Now it needs a suppressed barrel assembly.
I like that style w/stock barrels better than this system. Why did they quit making them ?Another nice take-down system was the Butler Creek "Packer" stock.
