S&W M&P9 M2.0 FDE

I've been a "Glock guy" for a while. I tried the original M&P and just never warmed up to it. But I've had a chance to shoot a few of the 2.0's and even owned a compact for a while. I could learn to like them. But I sold the M&P 2.0 after buying a Sig M17. I just like it a little better.

I bought a Sig M17. I like it but not as much as the M&P. Now I’m not going to get rid of my Sig, because I do like it.

Good thread...and I always appreciate your candor on different guns. No drama, just more pro’s and cons.

For sure, there are a plethora of great handguns out there to choose from...and just because a person is a hardcore “Team Sig/S&W/Walther/HK/CZ/Glock/Springfield/Canik...et al” member doesn’t mean they cannot appreciate the other offerings from other companies.

I have never understood why some people feel the need to add drama when talking about firearms.
Now I know there are fans of certain brands and there’s nothing wrong with them. But the ones that just have a hate for a brand is just silly.
If I like a gun, I will tell you why. If I don’t like a gun , I will do the same.
But you don’t see me jumping into topics about certain guns just to let people know that I don’t like them for the sake of letting my opinion known.
I enjoy owning and shooting guns, well, most of them. Some guns are not fun, or should I say, that I don’t find fun.
And you are correct in that we are lucky to have so many different guns to choose from.
Now if I can just decide on which gun to buy , no or, right at August the 28th 2020.
