Savage Mark II vs Model 93... Difference?

I recently purchased a Savage Mark II in .17hm2 and was wondering what the difference between the Mark II and the seemingly similar Model 93 are.

One particular thing I'm wondering is if the stocks are interchangable. I purchased a Mark II FV and the synthetic stock seems somewhat thin. I like a thicker stock on my rifles, for comfort.

I'm definately looking for all differences, though...

Stocks will interchange. Only difference between the two models is the caliber.
