To point out the obvious, anyone with a CCW would never make an attempt on the President... or ESPECIALLY the President's wife. Anyone who has ever made an attempt on the President has been either 1) Psychotic or 2) Paid by someone powerful.

I guran-damn-tee you that there are psychotic individuals currently in possession of valid carry licenses in the United States. Law of averages. They are out there. That comes with the territory of freedom.
