Can someone tell me the names of the parts that are typically polished up when an action job is done? I have a stainless Security Six, in the earlier serial number sequence, that I would like to return to stock condition. Some prior owner did an action job and did too much, the thing wants to slip off rest when in a single action fire-ready position. Double action it's actually pretty good, but even then, one out of six shots, after the trigger is stacked, it's wants to slip off - and sometimes does. Both single and double action, the trigger will occasionally nudge kind of a cockeyed sideways, slip off and give me an uncontrolled discharge. I see Security Six parts being sold on eBay all the time, but don't want to be randomly buying stuff I don't need. I know a poor trigger is not a natural characteristic of the revolver, as I have two other Security Sixes and they are great, but, this one, I'd like to return to stock condition.
