An old friend of mine recently started this free subscription website on self defense. I can personally vouch for Matt's professionalism and dedication to martial arts and self defense. His school has been based in Japan for the last ten years, so he doesn't concentrate on firearms skills, but I encourage all of you to check out what he has to offer.

Thanks as well. I got a couple on good authority from some LEO's.

#1: Call the cops and keep yelling "I've called the Police!"
#2: Camp a doorway prone with a 12 ga shotgun with 00 buck.
#3: Don't go looking for the intruder.
#4: Make sure that the Cops know you have a gun so they don't shoot you.
