Shipping high capacity magazines to MD

What it came down to for me in this case was my intent. I intended to sell several hi-cap mags, the person who sought to buy them resides in MD. Had I chosen to disassemble the mags in order to turn them into a "Parts Kit" struck me as acting to skirt another state's law.

Bottom line is I already sold the mags locally, that cost me $40 in "lost" sales I would otherwise have received, that is a small price to pay for piece of mind.
