Show us a picture of your reloading bench

We are finishing up a detached garage/workshop build and my reloading station has been moved from the 'office' room in the house out to the model workshop in the detached garage.

Almost finished installing (kitchen) wall cabinets in the model workshop. Moved the reloading station into place. Now I need to unpack all my reloading "stuff".

Keep in mind that the reloading station "area" will just be a small part of that room. Most of the room will be used for model building/painting/maintenance/etc associated with the train layout room.

Compact Bench

Just wanted to share the temporary reloading bench I used for a while. I was transferred and lived in a 5th wheel RV for a few months while waiting for my house to sell. I caught a Craftsman inexpensive rollaround on sale for about $100. To do it over I would be willing to spend considerably more to get one with ball bearing drawers. This one was bottom of the line and the drawer supports were dead soft stamped steel; not very durable. It worked but wasn't strong enough for long term use. OTOH, I was able to produce the same quality ammunition as I could in a purpose built room.

Note the socket head capscrews. There are brass threaded inserts in the bench top so any number of tools that all have matching mounting plates can be mounted in seconds as required. This system was carried over from my old reloading room and on to my new one.

A friend just helped me set this up a few hours ago. It's a big improvement over my old bench and I'm looking forward to filling all those shelves with goodies...

LouisianaJoe

I wish that we could send you some of the rain that we in Louisiana and Texas have been experiencing.

Good thing I made my 357 & 45 auto shot shells.
If that doesn't work, I always have the 410-20 or 12 gauge.
Sum-thin outta work :D

We bought a house and I'm finally getting moved into the shop/man cave, had to refinish the drywall and workbenches, added shelving, painted the floor etc. Just started setting up yesterday but first things first; the reloading area! Snapped a few pics:

Still unpacking and organizing and have to furnish the sitting area and weights setup but I'm getting there. I can reload again after being packed up for two months. Had to remodel the house first before we moved in but we're gaining on it now. Happy camper :)

Have my stuff mostly organized now...

I am just getting started in reloading so I have a little more to do to get my bench were I want it. I have 2 Lee Load Masters with all of Mikes up grades. Going to start reloading 9mm tomorrow.

Compact and tidy, an elegant solution for those without much room. Very nicely done.

I had a problem, my reloading desk was quickly becoming very crowded with all the new additions and open workspace on the desktop to work was becoming a rarity. Then I saw my gun cleaning desk across the room that had all sorts of room that wasn't being used........

Aha! Problem solved...... The old switcharoo!
