I don't own a Micro 9 but I do own a couple of Kimber 1911s (.45 ACP Custom II TLE and 9mm Tactical Pro II) - great pistols. I do own a P938. It's my EDC which I pocket carry in a Desantis Super Fly or carry OWB in a Desantis Mini Scabbard. When I was looking for a 1911 style gun to pocket carry in early 2015, I checked on Kimbers but at that time the Micro 9 didn't exist. The P938 Extreme was a perfect choice for me. I was able to rent one at my local range and after shooting it, I was sold. In 9mm, it didn't require me to add a new caliber of ammo to my kit and the manual of arms is basically the same as a 1911. It had night sights, a checkered front strap, an extended (7 rd) magazine and a lifetime warranty. In fact, the warranty came into play a couple months ago when, occasionally, the hammer would follow the slide forward rather than remain cocked after a shot. Sig CS was great, fixing the problem, installing all the design improvements that had happened since I bought my 938 and even tossing in an additional 7 rd mag when the gun was returned. Recently, I looked at the Micro 9. I may be wrong, but it looked to me that a Micro 9 that has all of the features of the P938 may be significantly more $$$ that the Sig. JMO
