...and the other options are what I'm interested in. I own a CZ 83 and am very happy with the way it performs. If this little pistol is any indication of the performance of the other models, I would probably be extremely happy with them. I am unfamiliar with the EAA line for now but, that doesn't mean I'll avoid them. As I said, I'm looking for all reasonable options.

I personally steer clear of EAA because of the stories I hear of their support. I've had nothing but fantastic dealings with the folks at CZ and CZ Custom, and as such it's just not worth the risk to me to go with the EAA guns over the CZ's.

That said, keep in mind that you can really get any of the 75B variants (75B, 85B, SP-01, Shadows, etc.) that come with a manual safety in single action by installing (or having CZ custom or another smith install) the adjustable SAO trigger. As such, you really have a ton of options that fit your criteria from CZ.
