Gotta love the AIs. Without a doubt my favourite bolt gun since the 'classic' pre-1945 rifles. In fact, when resting, it's the most fun to be had with a bolt that I can think of - just dosn't have the character of, say, a K31 or an Enfield.
Cracked butt lol I love the Barney shot. Heres the closest I have to a "sniper rifle".
Remington 700 in .308win. The crappy Weaver mounts are just on there for now till I find better ones in the future.
A remington 700P .300 Win mag with an IOR 10x56T and harris bipod. Consistent 1200 yard shots using TTI armory 190 grain rounds. Closest group was .65 MOA. Lots of fun. Don't mind the recoil so much as I learned to shoot centerfire rifles with an Enfield 1917 shooting 180 grain rounds. Kinda hard kicking.
.308 and gets clover leaves at 100 yards off bags if I do my job. So consistant and accurate I hardly ever shoot it since I finished load development. Maybe I should play with the BOSS. That might be a good excuse.
