Thanks for that Reaper. I didn't know they lost so many points being smaller than 9mm. But again, Thanks for the info.

I CC a Glock 27. I also carry a 21sf when I need it, but usually it is OC. I also keep a Taurus TCP in my pocket as a bug gun.

Glock 19c, only reason I bought the compensated model was it was an in case demo and gave less than $500 for it, did buy a reg. barrel for it too though.

Love the simplicity of the gun, less parts less to break, in general. To me goes back to the whole what can go wrong will.

I do love my 1911's more but for carry, the Glock is lighter, holds more rounds, and if I did have to use it, I would rather give that to the police. Glocks can be replaced fairly cheap as far as guns go, certain 1911s cannot.

The best gun for CCW is the one that fits you best, you can shoot accurately, works every time, and one you have faith in. I have yet to see a gun fit every need of mine for every situation, such as concealment issues. Guns are like holsters, different ones for different requirements.

Not me.........

I just don't like the way it fits my hand as opposed to a dozen others..............and every time I put one in my hand, like today at the GUN SHOW, it re-enforces that fact for me.:banghead:

I'm sure they're fine guns, but I like an XDm!

I carry a 19 every day on the farm. It's amazingly accurate and reliable. I'm going to be replacing it soon with a 21.

I carry a G23C or a G36 quite often. My wife carries a G26. You should carry a pistol you practice with often and feel comfortable with.

Glock 19 with night sights.
Why? because it WORKS, and it works for me.
I found it to be a better tool than the one I was using.
It will fit some people better than it will fit others.
This isn't brand loyalty, or following the trend.

I carry a Glock 23 all day, every day in almost any weather and it is relatively easy to conceal, even wearing shorts in the summer. Carried in Crossbread Super Tuck holster. Super comfortable.

2ea. G22s and 2 ea. G23s, all third gen. All run hard in competition and carried daily. I can, and do, trust my life, and the lives of my family on them. I sleep well as a result. If someone builds a better mousetrap I'm on it. But I ain't holding my breath.
