I just scored a beautiful little Stevens 311 with a Tenite stock in fantastic condition and was wondering if anyone has had any success upgrading the Tenite stock to a Walnut one. In particular, I noticed that Boyd's has finished 311 stocks for sale. Anybody had any luck with them? Will ditching the light stocks screw up the balance of the gun?
