I was leery about making a gun show puchase but decided to buy what was advertised as a new DSA STG-58 FAL at what seemed like a reasonable price. I just noticed that the take down lever was under the upper rather than behind. Also the rear sights seem different than what appears on the STG58 at DSAs website. I stumbled across a warning on their site about aluminum uppers blowing up. I put a magnet to the lower and noticed that it did not stick. On the upper receiver the magnet sticks to everything including the hand guard. The rifle came with a warranty card from DSA and an FN-FAL manual. I'm concerned because of the differences in the lower. Did I get an STG-58 from DSA or did I get burned? Do I need to be concerned with this lower?
