A friend of mine had some guns stolen recently so I promised that I would post the info online in the remote chance someone runs across them.

Pair of Colt SAA nickel engraved consecutive serial numbers 288210 and 288211 cal .38-40 W.C.F manufactured 1907

Colt SAA 4 3/4 barrel blue .45 LC serial number 87207

Colt SAA 7 1/2 barrel blue ivory grips .45 LC SN 140659

If anyone sees these guns on the auction sites, gunshow or whatever please send me a PM.

The guns were stolen in Orange county California.

Thanks for any help.

I hate to hear about stories like this. 2 weeks ago a guy called me that had 22 firearms stolen. He said he wanted to get me a list, since I go to a lot of gun shows. He was hoping someone might try and unload some at a show. Pretty sad, this guy had some very nice guns, and firearms handed down from great grandfather, grandfather, and father. In this case, it sounds like an inside job. His safe had outer scratches, but nothing that would have opened it. Police thought they were put there to throw them off. Be carefull who you give your "combos" to.

nobody got back to me but i did locate a line on the guns stolen form the Fremont store. (line has since been taken to prison- oops)
