Stuck case

Hornady One Shot. The third .223 case stuck in my RCBS sizing die. Any ideas of how to remove it? Also has anyone had problems with Hornady One Shot?

I threw my can out, after I stuck two .223 cases in a row and yes I sprayed the cases really well. RCBS removed the one case for me for $6 + $3s&H after I tore the dase head off using a stuck case remover.

The lee die I was able to pound the case out.

Hornady One shot Stinks, and it doesnt work.

I switched to imperial sizing die wax, never a stuck case since.

I also used Dillon spray lube but found it to be too messy.
