Suggestions for 45acp Pocket Pistol

Cell phone goes in hip pocket. I use one of those metal wallets that is very small and goes in left front pocket, along with keys. I keep my keys thinned down so they cannot be used as a boat anchor. I don’t carry a reload if I pocket carry. If I am carrying on belt, then reload is on belt. Knife is Kershaw Scallion, clipped inside left front pocket. That leaves my right front pocket open for LCP Max, and to minimize space it takes up in front pocket I use a minimalist trigger guard holster made by clip draw

If you don’t let your wallet balloon to the size of a file cabinet, and keep your keys thinned down to what you use daily, you will have a lot more room.

My wife bought me one of those Ridge metal "wallet" card keepers some time ago and I had to break her heart by telling her to return it. My wallet has to carry 2 credit cards, 1 debit card, 2 licenses, 2 discount cards, health insurance card, business cards, business receipts, plus cash. Not quite a "Costanza" wallet, but necessary to me. I have 10 keys on my key ring due to home and work, not to mention my bulky car key with remote buttons built in.

Which leaves me room for a pocket gun, a pocket knife, and cell phone. No room for a spare mag.

Saw this AMT DAO on Gunbroker. Definitely meets the criteria for pocket carry. I can’t speak to reliability, trigger pull or recoil. Also, doesn’t look like it has sights beyond a trough cut down the slide. I think someone else mentioned this pistol earlier in the thread. Price isn’t bad.

I'll 2nd the BondArms suggestion, as it seemed the main considerations were pocket-carry and .45ACP.
I don't know anything about the status of American Derringer, but its website is still up:
http://www.amderringer.com/first.html

Both companies apparently offer .45 ACP caliber firearms.
I don't own a derringer type gun. I only have full-size 1911s and a Glock 30SF in .45ACP.

Bond Arms. Reminded me of the Bond Arms Bullpup. The Bond Arms version is only in 9mm. The predecessor of that, the Boburg, was also available in .45. Might be some of them out in the world.

(Not, BTW, a serious suggestion, just a theoretical possibility.)

I had one in the 40cal version decades ago and I can confirm a 12-14 lb trigger, it was bad. I did like the grove sight on it though, it was different but I liked it for some reason, obviously it is a close range gun and sight. I eventually gave it to my brother, he loved it but I’m not sure what ever happened to it, seems like it got stolen.

The trigger in the Double Tap derringer mentioned earlier is worse.

haha, i have xy chromosomes, impossible.
how we make room for our carried stuff, plus a handgun plus a reload (mandatory imho) isn’t discussed enough, seriously.
