You can also take a piece of 500 grit, followed by 1000 grit to polish the expander ball down to .221 or .222 which will tighten up your neck tension. You also need to check your bullet diameters to verify that are indeed .224.
Ive actually done this with my .223 dies as I use a M-Die to do final neck sizing right before I load which helps me avoid some of the spring back that can happen as brass work hardens. I took my expander and took it down to about .220.
