SuperAmerica Kimber Classic .22 - It Will Get You In Trouble

For those that may have handled a SuperAmerica before you will understand. For those that haven't never pass up the chance to do so. When good friend told me he was going to bring out a safe queen which had not seen the day of light in 10 years I was very curious.

Not only was she gorgeous she shot well also. Not only will it make you want one -- when my LOVELY wife saw the video she said you know, I don't think you even look at me like that anymore. I know what a shame, totally embarrassed lol. But she is so wrong she knows nothing or no one could ever replace her in my heart.

Stay away range fans!

Very nice. Someday I'd like to see a shoot off competition/comparison between an original Winchester 52 Sporter, Dakota .22, Cooper .22, Anschutz, and a Kimber Super America .22

Ive got a couple good, solid .22s, but that right there is up with a cooper or highend Anny on my wish list.

ANNIE ! Good choice LoonWulf ..... You don't have to go all the way to a full comp in Annies. There mid grade is great and their barrels ..... they are choked !

I am wondering if I should push my luck and ask him to bring it back out to get a good walk thru in good daylight it is such a beautiful rifle and then shoot it at 100 yards. Hehehehhe

Not many of us out here have really nice .22s so its a treat.
Untill sorta recently there wasnt any place you could legally shoot a .22 if you werent part of a club, or had private land. Thus many folks dont even own one.

Just watched an auction that had several ( 6 I believe ) Super Americans, several other 82 series and a Annie 1710 sporter. Should have bid up the Annie but I was doing range duty that morning
