There was a thread about this a month or two back. The general conclusion was for a reasonable price you can buy clones of the take-down winchester lever-guns. For a lot of money you can buy take-down tactical bolt-actions.
Probably not what you have in mind but the Marlin 39, the Winchester 9422 and the little Browning .22 auto are all take-down rifles straight from the factory.
savage 99 used to have a td version.
if any of the new winchester 94's made it out, there were several td versions catalogued (i had one on order, and of course it was not filled).
not sure if it is browning or winchester - maybe both - but i have seen new td's available (i think they are winchester 1873?).
Is the take down mechanism something done when a rifle is built or is it something that can be done by a gunsmith at a later date?
either way you want to do it. if you are feeling really special, send your gun off to your favorite 'smith and have a switch-barrel operation set up. works the same as a traditional td, except now you have multiple barrels that can run off the same receiver...
