Tapso SKS Fusion Stock question

I was looking at the Tapco SKS Fusion stock for my Chinese SKS. It come with a handguard with a rail on it, matching the stock. It says on the web site, the handguard does include the gas tube. I would assume then you are supposed to use the stock gas tube. Does the Fusion handguard go over the stock hand guard or go you have to remove it first?

If it need to be removed, how do you do it? I was looking at mine and i was not sure how to get it off without destroying the stock one. I would like to leave the stock one intact so i could switch back to the wood stock if i wanted to at a later time.

There's a pin (or two) to remove. I took about five minutes to replace it. It is easy and there are decent instructions. BTW I disliked the rail on the handguard as it created a channel down the sightline. I just shaved it off with a hacksaw blade. Reinstalling the original is about as easy.
