Taurus PT 92 owners

The only downside to shooting my PT92 was the bore was .3563". I could not get any
kind of accuracy with .355" jacketed bullets. Going to .357" diameter hard cast bullets
got the thing shooting to an acceptable level.

Oh, yeah. I also put on an adjustable rear sight. That, too, helped by giving me a better
sight picture.
 
I bought this PT-92 AFS-D in 1991 or 1992 … One of the finest handguns I've ever owned. When the slide flats were polished, before the ugly laser-etched billboard, actual tasteful roll-marks and good bluing.

I worked with a partner who carried one pre-Glock. I was skeptical, but it would feed ANYTHING, and felt pretty good in the hand. His had the 3 position safety\decocker setup, and that seems to work better than the slide mounted variety. If I needed an aluminum framed SA\DA, its what I would buy.
