I got my Taurus PT111 PRO to the range this weekend and im very pleased with this gun. I was shooting some cheap 115gr blazer brass which was shooting just fine out of it. I was just getting use to the gun and its sights, which was kinda funny for the first couple mags. I was shooting at 7 yards with some decent groups, putting 12 rounds in a group the size of the palm of my hand. I felt that would do just fine as a home and personal defense.
After shooting 100 rounds I had not one FTF or FTE. With only 100 rounds through the gun its not really proving a lot but Ill put some more rounds down range this weekend (maybe some 124gr hydra shok too).
Over all Im glad with this purchase and feel like I made the right choice. I know a lot of people dont like this gun but I feel like it does what I need it to do for a good price.
P.S. Ill have a few pics in a day or so for anyone interested.
