TC Safety Causes Gun To Fire

I bought a TC Black Diamond ML off gunbroker. It was in good shape and shot good at the range. I hunted with it all this weekend and on Sunday evening discovered that the gun will fire if I move the safety lever quickly from safe to fire! The trigger feels very nice and pretty light...wondering if the previous owner did some "trigger work". Has anyone heard of this issue with TC's or know if the trigger is adjustable at all? I think your best bet is to contact T/C and send it to them for repair. You might find a replacement trigger and install it yourself,but T/C should be able to get you taken care of.I sure wouldn't shoot it until it is fixed.
