If Rosie's allowed to shoot her mouth off, then so should Ted Nugent. Thank goodness for the First Amendment.
 
I think Ted should sometimes tone it down just a tiny bit ( i said TINY) . He, on rare occasions ( i said RARE) , can come off a bit over the top, possibly ( i said POSSIBLY) alienating some of those a little left of center that still might be savable.:D

Yes, but we all think Rosie sounds like an idiot. So does Ted to many people. It isn't about whether or not folks are allowed to speak, but whether or not they come across as idiots.

Every time I hear about Ted saying this or that and look it up I think THANK YOU TED for saying what I was thinking. Ted sure doesn't mince words and that's why I like him.

just kidding....but seriously, I loved this guy's music 'back in the day' (still do) and very much respect him for his adamant (yes, over the top but that's what we need to avoid our 2A rights from being trampled) support of the second.
 
Ted is a hypocrite and does not deserve our respect. He ran from the draft and is a chickenhawk of the highest order. I lost a lot of respect for him when he started calling the French cowards while he did not wish to go to war himself.

When he starts singing songs like "Kiss my Glock" he only hurts the cause. Or when he starts getting bloodthirsty and wishing death on everyone he only hurts the cause in the eyes of the population with no real opinion on gun control.
 
Ted is a total hypocrite. Yeah he does good for us gun owners. However, his holier than thou attitude and lies make me laugh.
 
Bartkowski there are Jackasses all over. Some are on our side some on theirs. I'll take Ted over their Jackasses any day. I wish he would not go so far off though. Thank God the media doesn't cover him more!

Yes! Ted shoots of his mouth and he's a jackass, but Rosie shoots hers off and she's a saint? Personally I'm getting a little tired of that logic. We need a few Teds, no question about it.;)
 
Tecumseh, why don't you provide some backup to your statement? Who did he wish death on and when? I call you on this, prove it?

I've noticed a few (or more than a few) THR members here who are so worried about what other people think, or if the "voters" or others are going to be offended. WHO CARES IF THEY ARE!! Ted is the way he is, and guess what? He's pro-gun! Good. I only wish more people would say how they really feel. Offend away. Every statement does not have to be measured or studied or phrased in such a way as to "please" the most people.
