He won't go to jail. There's no crime to charge.

I like Ted... obviously.
I agree with what he said 100%. I can't recall ever hearing him say something that I didn't agree with.
He is a Patriot beyond measure.
That statement will be laughed at, but history will continue to bear it out. Most all of those laughing can't hold a candle to his selfless accomplishments for liberty, freedom, veterans, and the 2A. The laugh-ers simply can't do that. And they can't undo all the good that he's done for veterans, liberty, the 2A, etc. He's done more good than they can bring themselves to accept.
He dodged the uniform, but he's been a servant to those wearing it ever since.
He continues to spend more of his own money for our troops and the 2A than I'll ever have in my lifetime. I wish I could have made such an impact in the lives of wounded soldiers.
Talk -and typing- is cheap. Ted has actually done more good than many of us, all together, could dream to accomplish. It is very hard evidence to ignore. But I won't put it past many of you to ignore it anyway. I can relate to that level of stubbornness.
I have no paltry, emotional reason for saying this; I simply can't deny the truth, the evidence before us all.

Now, today the media has an alternative to Hilary Rosen's remarks. Surprise. Like meat for dogs.
He could have said it 'softer', but it wouldn't have had the impact that it did. That was his intent. I applaud it.
Those who actually think he was making a threat, veiled or not, simply do not understand the statements he made. I don't understand this incomprehension.
It's pretty simple... in November (<-context)... we need to put an end to the enemies of our freedom and liberty. That's what he said. That's what I say.
He won't go to jail. There's no crime to charge.
Something that might be worth listening to...
from the horse's mouth.
And something somewhat tangential...
Ted Nugent speaking
A Navy SEAL Chris Campbell, who gave his life for freedom and the U.S. Constitution, had in his will that he wanted me to perform at his funeral if he died in action. I found that from my friend Marcus Lutrell and other SEALs that I get to train with and spend time with. I immediately open my schedule up for the memorial. I got friends with planes because I was in the middle of some busy stuff. I was ready to board the plane next day to go and perform, and share the love for Chris Campbell and his family, and my office got a call from someone high up in the military letting me that somebody very high up did not want me to be in the same area that day. So I was uninvited in defiance of a dead Navy SEALs personal request.
