I currently have two 1911's, one full size Springfield Loaded, and a Kimber tactical pro II. I also have a S&W Mod. 19 and a Mod. 37; all of which I carry from time to time. But more often than not I choose the Kimber or the Mod. 37. I use to have a SIG P239 in .40 which I never really warmed up to. My problem with the SIG was two fold, I didn't care for the length or the feel of the grip and I was not a fan of the caliber. I want another auto in .45 acp but in a smaller package than the 1911. The Glock 36 interests me, as I read that it is a slimmed down version. Can anyone offer any insight? I might add that I have no experience with Glocks whatsoever.
