I'm not up enough on the special session rules to figure it out for sure.
From what I can tell the Special Session agenda has to be agreed upon, it's not just a continuation where they left off.
So, the Gov would not only have to call the special session but would have to specifically put this bill on the agenda, and that's not likely to happen.
They will want to put only 2 or 3 things considered "critical", and this won't make it.
That's my understanding of how it works anyway, I hope I am completely wrong.
I think if we bombard them with phone calls and emails they will put it on the list of things to be voted on. Remember that many Democrats want to seem "pro-gun" so they may very well agree to this bill. I think it would be horrible to come this far, only to have the bill die. Let's see what we can do folks!
